Kondapuram is a Mandal in Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, India. It comes under the revenue division of Kavali, and comes under the constituency of Udayagiri. Kondapuram is one of the junctions for going to various places such as Kavali, Kaligiri, and Valetivari Palem from where you can go to Kandukuru. It has a government high school and a college. Being a Mandal, it has all the government offices including a hospital and serves all the villages in and around the Mandal. The village is divided by a narrow river into old village and new village. Here Old village is called as Gudavalluru & New village is called as a Boyillavaripalem .Most of the farmers live in old village as it's near to the farm lands while new village is the place for commercial shops, schools and hotels. New village is expanding with many families migrating there from old village and surrounding areas. There is a single police station and a petrol bunk on the way to Kaligiri. Government built Z.P.H school in 1968. The major crops of this region are paddy, cotton, tobacco, and black gram along with cereals. Kondapuram holds the market for all the nearby villages.
